Ruth Stirnimann's passion is moving beyond the known. Her Healing Paintings Switzerland depict the concealed - the intangible. In this sense, all her paintings are healing paintings, restoring harmony and equilibrium on an individual and universal level. They come into being from pure consciousness; guiding into more balanced, energetic patterns. They impact profoundly on mental, emotional and physical levels.

About the Artist
Ruth Stirnimann was born in Basel, Switzerland. After finishing her secondary education with an emphasis on business and economics, she started her training in movement and dance. She learnt different spiritual and hands-on healing and energy balancing techniques, including cranio-sacral therapy.
All of these aspects greatly influence her approach to painting which becomes a holistic process on all levels of her being.

Art Studio Switzerland
After living and working in New Zealand for over 20 years, Ruth has returned home to Switzerland and opened up a brand new art studio in Trübbach
RETURN TO SWITZERLAND
Brand New Studio in Trübbach, Switzerland
Ruth had been planning to take a step back from painting and reflect in 2016. It was at this time that Kaikoura and most of central New Zealand was hit with a massive 7.8 magnitude earthquake. Kaikoura was the epicentre of this natural disaster.
Fast forward a few years and she decided it was time to sell her home in Kaikoura and plan a move back to Switzerland. It took some time to find the perfect new studio location and she is very excited to be planting her roots in this new space.
Ruth is very excited to get setup and start painting again. Her works take time, some up to a few years to complete and she feels her new studio is the perfect place to get going again. The studio will have its grand opening in 2025.
